TREIRB Librarian Result 2023-24

The Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board (TREIRB) has announced the result of the written examination held on August 7th and 12th, 2023, for the post of Librarian. The result, which was released on February 8th, 2024, can be accessed on the official website @treirb.telangana.gov.in. Steps to Download the TREIRB Librarian Result 2023-24

1.Visit the official website of Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Recruitment Board by opening your web browser and navigating to https://www.treirb.telangana.gov.in/.
2. On the homepage, find the link that reads “Click here to access Results for UG, Art, Craft & Music examination” and
3. click on it to open the TREIRB Gurukulam Result 2023-24 PDF.
4.The PDF document contains the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the Document Verification Process.
5.Look for your Roll number in the list, and download the TREIRB Result PDF for future reference and records.

What happens once the TREIRB Librarian Result for 2023-24 is announced?

Once the TREIRB Librarian Result is announced, successful candidates will move on to the subsequent phases of the hiring procedure, namely Document Verification. This particular stage is scheduled to take place on the 9th of February, 2024.

TREIRB will release a notification outlining the next stages of the recruitment process, which may include document verification.

Candidates should be prepared to present original copies of their educational, experience, caste (if applicable), identity, and other relevant documents for verification. Once the document verification is completed, TREIRB will create a merit list of candidates who have successfully progressed through all stages of the recruitment process.

Individuals whose names appear on the merit list may receive an appointment letter from TREIRB or the relevant educational institution, detailing information about their appointment as Librarians, including joining instructions, salary, and terms and conditions of employment.

List of documents to be submitted at the time of verification:

The following documents are required at the time of Verification

1. Checklist (1 Set).
2. Hall Ticket.
3. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).
4. Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo (Graduation in Library Science).
5. School Study certificate from 1st to 07th Class or Certificate of
   Residence/Nativity (When the candidates have not studied in School but
   studied privately or in open school).
6. Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by T.S.
   Government with Father/ Mother name.
7. Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father’s name
   as per Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt. of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP)
   Department, Dt: 18/12/2015. (Should be obtained on or after 01.04.2018).
8. EWS Certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.65, GENErAL ADMINISTRATION (SER.D)
   DEPARTMENT, Dated: 19.03.2021.
9. Disability Certificate (SADAREM Certificate) in case of PH candidates. The PH
   candidates have to undergo a medical examination at respective Medical
   Boards.
10. NOC from employer for in-service candidates.
11. Service certificate issued by the State Government of Telangana for the
    candidates who are working under T.S. Govt., who are claiming Age relaxation.
12. Proof of Ex-servicemen, if any.
